Some decisions aren’t planned—they’re felt.

Two days before the Health Optimization Summit in Austin, my schedule unexpectedly opened up. I called my biohacking bestie and said, “Let’s do this.” Within 48 hours, we were on a flight—and what unfolded in Austin was more than I expected. It was exactly what our industry needed.

Earlier this year, I had the chance to exhibit at the Health Optimization Summit in London. It was my first time participating in an international event, and it gave me a unique lens into how other parts of the world approach wellness. What stood out most? The intentionality. Attendees came to buy. To invest. To learn. I sold out within three hours—something I’d never experienced at an American summit. It set a new bar.

But Austin brought something else entirely:

Heart. Community. Momentum.

This wasn’t just a collection of vendors and speakers. This was a pulse—a rising energy built by changemakers, entrepreneurs, practitioners, and educators who are no longer waiting for permission to transform health. From conversations on frequency therapy and longevity to the urgent need to fix our broken food system, every corner of the summit buzzed with aligned purpose.

One standout moment that captured the spirit of community was the launch of Ben Greenfield’s Life Network—a new social platform offering a safe space for uncensored conversations in health, wellness, and performance. In an era of shadow-banning and algorithmic silencing, this platform is a breath of fresh air. Life Network isn’t just a new tool—it’s a digital sanctuary where experts and seekers alike can share knowledge and grow together.

Women Are Not Asking—We’re Leading

The women’s health panel was a clear reflection of the shift happening in this space. Sitting alongside Alisa Vitti, Dr. Stephanie Estima, Dr. Amy B. Killen, and Dr. Amy Horniman felt like a collective exhale. We weren’t just speaking about hormones, perimenopause, or performance—we were owning the stage and giving voice to the real experiences of women navigating these transitions.

We’re no longer waiting for representation. We’re building it. Right here. Right now.

Women Leading

Hydrogen, Performance, and the Power of Simplicity

As someone who lives and breathes molecular hydrogen, one of my favorite sessions was led by Alex Tarnava and Dr. Tyler LeBaron. Their talk wasn’t just about data—it was about breakthroughs. They introduced their brand-new hydrogen air machine, one of the safest and most advanced devices available today. And they shared early findings from upcoming research on the impact of hydrogen-rich water on female athletes, those over 50 beginning new fitness routines, and people over 70 looking to reverse biological aging.

For me, it reaffirmed what I already know: Sometimes, the most powerful shifts begin with something as simple as water.

Voices That Sparked the Movement

Calley Means lit up the room with a bold, unapologetic call for reform. The Maha Movement showed up in full force, standing for food sovereignty, medical freedom, and health justice in a way that felt urgent and alive. This is no longer a fringe conversation—it’s the front line of the next wave in healthcare.

Speakers like Shawn Wells, Gary Brecka, JJ Virgin, Dr. Vonda Wright, and Ben Greenfield brought the depth and vision we’ve come to expect—offering insight across everything from mitochondrial health to mindset to the future of longevity protocols.

The Bigger Picture

To everyone who brought this summit to life—thank you.

Tim Gray, your unwavering vision continues to push boundaries.

Carlotta PR, your behind-the-scenes brilliance gave us the space to share stories that matter.

But most of all—this event was a reflection of what happens when thought leaders, educators, disruptors, and healers come together in community. Together, we’re shifting health optimization, longevity, and biohacking from niche interest to a global movement—a new standard for how we care for ourselves, our families, and our future.

This isn’t something we’re hoping for.

This is what we’re building—right now.

And I couldn’t be more honored to be part of it.
