Francesca "Franca" Di Roma is an Italian native who embraced a transformative journey in the United States a decade ago. With a robust academic foundation in biology—specializing in neurobiology—and a degree in psychosomatic naturopathy, Francesca is passionate about the intersection of science and wellness. After relocating to the U.S. and while raising her son, Francesca expanded her expertise in health and fitness by earning certifications as a personal trainer, nutritionist, and lifespan specialist. This journey into health and fitness was a professional, but first of all a personal mission aiming to care for her son, Martin, especially as she became a mother later in life. This commitment drives her to model a healthy lifestyle that benefits both of them.

Rather than working in a laboratory, she realized that her true passion lay in sharing knowledge. This led her to pursue a career in journalism, where she dedicated many years to translating complex scientific concepts into accessible information for the public as a radio host and editor.
