For many, a vision board represents the pinnacle of aspirations—a curated collage of dreams realized, goals met, and a life fulfilled—this was the life Agathe Daskalides led, a bright socialite with a thriving career that spanned TV entertainment, luxury brands like Dior, the fast-paced world of PR agencies, and impactful work in the nonprofit sector. But beneath the glamour and achievements, a persistent feeling echoed within her, whispering that “there is so much more,” something beyond the life she had so fabulously crafted.

This inner nudge, gentle yet insistent, marked the beginning of a profound shift in Agathe’s life—a shift that would take her from the elitist ranks of Belgium to the sun-soaked shores of Florida. After a solo road trip across the east coast, Agathe attended transformative events with Tony Robbins and Dr. Joe Dispenza, where she was introduced to breathwork—a powerful biohack that would soon become a cornerstone of her life and work. With its profound benefits, from immune support, stress relief to mystical experiences, breathwork became not only a tool for her personal healing but also a modality through which she would guide others on their own transformative journeys.

Holistic Horizons

As Agathe deepened her understanding of breathwork, she began exploring other holistic practices, including energy healing and the power of retreats. This exploration wasn't just about personal growth—it was about creating spaces where others could experience similar transformations. Agathe’s holistic retreats became a natural extension of her practice, offering immersive experiences that combined breathwork, sound healing, energy alchemy and other modalities to support profound healing and personal evolution.
