Aggie Lal didn’t set out to be a biohacker. Like many women, her path to wellness was born out of necessity—a response to personal health struggles that mainstream advice just couldn’t solve.

Faced with unexplained weight gain, stubborn acne, and patches of thinning hair, Aggie knew she needed to dig deeper to find answers that truly worked for her body. That’s when her journey into biohacking began.

Aggie turned to the growing field of biohacking as a way to take control of her health. Instead of relying solely on surface-level solutions, she became obsessed with understanding how her body functioned on a molecular level. Through self-experimentation and deep research, she found ways to optimize her energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.

But Aggie’s journey wasn’t just about fixing her own health. As she explored biohacking, she realized there was a significant gap in the wellness industry for women. Most biohacking advice was geared toward men or lacked the specific attention women’s bodies needed. Determined to change that, she founded Biohacking Bestie, a company dedicated to making biohacking accessible, practical, and empowering for women.

From Personal Struggles to a Global Mission

Aggie’s passion for biohacking didn’t stop at her own experiences. She knew that women all over the world faced the same frustrations—being bombarded with one-size-fits-all health advice that didn’t account for hormonal changes, cycles, or unique nutritional needs. Aggie’s mission became clear: to create a space where women could access biohacking tools that addressed their specific health concerns.

With this mission in mind, she launched her own line of supplements under the Biohacking Bestie brand. Products like Cycle Bestie, Unbloat Me, and All you Can Eat,  were designed to target common issues women face, offering a science-backed approach to natural health. Each product is crafted with a deep understanding of the female body and its complex needs—something that’s often overlooked in traditional wellness advice.

She also expanded her work by launching biohacking courses, one of which is the well-known Fit As Fck*, a 21-day biohacking challenge. Her programs bring together thousands of women to improve their health through a mix of nutrition, fitness and biohacking techniques, creating a strong and supportive community focused on the trilogy: Body, Mind and Spirit.

A New Era of Biohacking for Women

Aggie’s journey into biohacking has made her a pioneer in this field. Her bestselling book, Biohack Like a Woman, distills years of research, experimentation, and personal discovery into an accessible guide for women who want to take control of their health. From diet tips to advanced supplementation strategies, Aggie’s book has become a go-to resource for women seeking to optimize their well-being.

Beyond her products, programs and her bestselling book, Aggie’s influence extends through her Biohacking Bestie podcast, where she shares her experiences, knowledge, and interviews with experts in the field. Her aim is simple: to make biohacking accessible, fun, and effective for women at all stages of life.

But perhaps what sets Aggie apart the most is her authenticity.

She doesn’t pretend to have all the answers, nor does she claim that biohacking is a magic bullet. Instead, she openly shares her successes and failures, encouraging women to experiment and discover what works best for their individual bodies.

Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that every woman has the power to unlock her higher self—she just needs the right tools and guidance.
